Your thoughts on seeing non-porn ads

I think if you can broaden any revenue stream for your business and if it is cost effective then you should persue it!

As you may have noticed, fewer and fewer people are paying for porn these days. Since this site (and my other sites) are supported by revenue from the sales of porn, margins are slowly getting tighter and tighter...

So, how would you guys feel if there were ads on this site for things other than porn? For example insurance, travel, or those electronic cigarettes, or clothing, etc. Right now the porn ads give a good focus to the site. They keep you guys thinking about sex. Would the other ads be too much of a distraction? What if they were only on the bottom of the page, or not too big - so they didn't become dominant on the page?

Let me know your thoughts... I'm thinking of trying out some new ads in the not-too-distant future.

rawTOP, you've had a great sense on your site all along. Any adverts you put here that supports the site, is fine by me. Not sure it'll drum up business for them, but I'm not sure it wouldn't.
