No siblings here, but having a brother to get naked and play sex games with was a strong fantasy of mine from an early age - long before I figured out I was gay.

What I've noticed is that guys who have brothers usually are repulsed by the idea of having sex with them, but guys who don't have brothers are turned on by it. Not sure why. Pretty consistent in people I've talked to though.
