When it fails, then they slink back out of the light and deny they ever believed /tired the thing. And really, since so many of these "miracle" remedies are sold via the internet, it gets tricky locating the home base for the company should someone decide to sue-- but really, who wants the world to know they have a micro penis and were duped into buying fake pills???
