Question about the wait time to clear an STD…

Last week I went in for a routine test and found I had Chlamydia (presumably in my dick since it was a urine test that found it). I got treated for it - today is my 7th day so that should be all good. BUT earlier this week I saw the doctor and he swabbed my ass and that came back showing I had gonorrhea (guess I got more than I thought at CumUnion a couple weeks ago). So I'm going in for treatment of that in a little bit.

When they say "no sex for 7 days" do they just mean with the infected area? Can I assume my dick is good to go and I can top - I just can't bottom? If I keep people away from my ass will that be good enough this coming week? Or should I avoid fucking as well?
