Where do you find BB top guys in your areas?

Obviously they're out there cause of this site but it appears most guys fantasize about giving it raw but few follow thru - especially online. I'm running into this alot in South Florida, top guys are unreliable. Yea, I know there are appears to be significantly more BB bottoms then tops out there so tops can literally "pick and choose" but there appears to be less &less tops into BB. Where are you guys finding them?
