Getting him to a fist

So my ex is coming over starting tomorrow through Sunday. Our goal is to get him to a fist by Sunday. Wednesday/Thursday will be general play and he will sleep in the size plug we get to overnight. He wont' be wearing them to work the following day. However, on Friday through Sunday - he will be constantly plugged around the clock when not in use.

SO -

1) Any ideas on how to guarantee he will be to taking my fist by Sunday? (We have a wide assortment of toys, 2 speculums, plugs, etc)

2) Any great recipes for lubes that will work?

3) Fun ideas?

Caveats -

1) No illegal drugs (poppers are the notable exception)
