Any pills/tips to increase your Cum Load

I've had some luck with using L-arginine, though it's mostly effective in erections (it's a vaso-dilator, so increased blood flow to the cock is always good thing). If you want it to be the most effective buy the powders; it tastes nasty, but you won't be shitting out half your pill. Personally, I've noticed an increase in what I produce when taking L-arginine on a regular basis; although, I haven't had a steady partner that could make a comment on it.

I have noticed that celery has helped me, as well as a proper diet (opposed to one that is lacking in nutrients). I don't know what it is in celery that seems to help, but I have heard that some porn actors eat a lot of celery as part of their diet to help increase cum production. Hey, the worst case is you get plenty of vitamin K!

Zinc (pumpkin seeds tend to be a really good source), pygeum, and lecithin seem to be popular choices from what I've seen on the topic. If I were to theorise what might be helpful, based on various sources saying pumpkin seeds, and my experience with celery, I would guess that maganese could help. It isn't very concentrated in celery; but celery is all I have in my diet that has a decent concentration of maganese. I would say there could be a link. If anyone knows of certain foods that are claimed to help increase volume, check the nutrients in it with the search on WHFoods. We might be able to nail down some of the common nutrients, and settle this once and for all. Lol
