How do you convince a top to not use a condom?

First, say you won't fuck with a condom.  If he still insists, he can start that way.  Then... once he is all worked up and there is no turning back, stop fucking.  Tell him you won't continue until it's bare.  At that point, he doesn't want to walk away when he is so worked up, so he'll do it.  Works every time.  At least for me.
