How do you guys resolve STD`s when in a foreign place? if you pick something up in a foreign land, and that's a very real possibility when BB-ing, what do you do to get it fixed? I know one in Madrid and from what I heard it was quite nice. Keep in mind prositution is pretty much legal in Europe so the usually have this set up. So you may be on a 2 week tour of Europe and bb in London but only find out at the end of your holiday that you collected more than a souvenir.
