They've really cracked down on it because some bunched up sweater queen made individual complaints against the individual cops working the fair for not enforcing public sex laws. The Powerhouse still gets pretty crazy so I if you're not finding the piggy on the streets, head in there, it's pretty much an orgy. Get naked and play Twister at the Steamworks booth, it's a fun way to get into it in a very public way and more that a few cocks have gotten some action on that Twister mat.
