I'll be in LA 29/10 - 4/11/14, Where is the best bar/club for BB sex?

as far as bars are concerned, it would depend on what kind of guys you are looking for.  Since it is Halloween weekend, I am sure there would be a block party by the Rage and Motherload and from what I remember can be fun since people are creative with their costumes.  If you like leather and more masculine looking guys, there is Eagle and Fault Line.  You could check out the websites for those bars and see whats going on.

Slammers and Mid Towne Spas are the sex clubs/bath houses to go. Slammers would be you best bet for bb action.

All could be reached if you have a car or cab service or Lyft/Uber.

Thank you for the info. More into BB and leather, rubber, etc side of things. So will check out Slammers, does it have a strict dress code like in european bars/clubs?
