Cock cheeze is a collection of dead skin cells, pre-ejaculate, ejaculate, and other dirt and scum that has accumulated under the foreskin or on the head of a penis. If you want to cultivate it all you can do is keep your foreskin over the head and let nature take its course. Even if you don't get the visible chunks of cheese you desire, not washing will give you a nice smell.
