Hmmm...  From the way it is shot it looks like a Liam Cole scene, but since TIM doesn't put ALL their videos on their store anymore, I can't search them. It's probably a TIMFuck scene, they're usually the ones that they watermark like that for the advertisement pics.

I think the bottom's name is Nathan Gear.

Hmmm...  Nathan Gear had a scene in Man-Cunt (scene 3) where he was used in Hard On London, but he had a much different haircut during that, so that isn't where the photo is from.

 

Edit: 2 more scenes with him from TIM, all with the same shaved haircut (except for his JO scene).

This is from the TIMFuck video "Lucky Joe & Yan", posted 2/20/2014. "Yan" and Nathan Gear do not appear to be the same person.
