If it's some kind of squeeze bottle or hot-water bag, invert it and give it a few moments for the air bubbles to rise and dissipate. It's it something like a shower-shot, I haven't had that problem. I agree, pumping air into your hole can cause cramping (and farts) so I avoid getting air in me when cleaning out. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
