I had more or less the same thing. Had a hook up with a couple, top and bottom, about a year ago. They said they regularly played with others. I tried to include the bottom in the action but he brushed me off, at first just watched and then left the room to play a game. Before he left the top told him I had such a great hole and he loved fucking me. Top and I played for several hours and afterwards he told me he definately wanted a repeat.

Sent him a few PMs in the weeks that followed but never got a reply. I did see had he read them and I also saw he had my profile saved in his favs.

Then just last week I saw that after more than a year he had removed me from his favs. Maybe a case of a jealous BF? Don't know. They no longer seem to live together (different locations). Pity, he was a great top. A simple message that it was a once-off and there would be no repeat would have been sufficient.
