I remember bbcity too but sadly this is gone as far as i know there is only this site as a forum & another website too called bareback.com

Both sites are forums just not german specific but hey we are europe so it's great for exchanging thoughts with our fellow brothers in other countries too as well as getting a viewpoint from guys in the USA & Australia as well as other countries.

There's a bareback group on GayRoyal I believe. Site is mostly German and crowd is mostly mature but you may give it a try.
