Best hotels in Manhattan for breeding?

Potentially looking to get a room this coming weekend (11/3) and looking for some recommendations for the best hotels (preferably in midtown but open to suggestions). Looking for easy access, no key card entry hotels. Need to get filled with as many loads as possible.

I've used the Hotel Pennsylvania a couple of times.  It's a little run down, but clean.  It's huge and very busy so it's easy for you and your "guests" to stay anonymous.  They keep an employee posted by the elevators, but they don't stop anybody unless it's really late, like 3 or 4am.  Even then they can just call up to your room and ask if you are expecting anyone.
