I've put in a change request with my hosting provider. When it's implemented the following will no longer be supported:

  • Android version 4.3 or less (you need v4.4 or greater)
  • Internet Explorer version 10 or less (you need v11 or greater)
  • Safari 6 (Mountain Lion) or less (you need v7 / Mavericks or greater)

In other words if you're running something that's more than 6 years old, it will stop working. The minimums listed above were all released in October 2013. 6 years is a LONG time in the world of technology.

The reason for this change is that TLS 1.0 & 1.1 (TLS is the successor to SSL, which you've probably heard about) are considered insecure and in order to keep this site's A+ security rating I need to stop supporting them.
