What do you consider a breeding video? I"ll see a video that say it's a breeding, but then the top pulls out, shoots on the ass and pushes his dick back in the hole.  I think breeding is shooting every drop inside with no pulling out.  Am I crazy?

Technically it would be: when he pulls out, cums on the bottoms ass and then pushes it in the cum goes into the bottom's hole so it is breeding. But I pefer he doesn't pull out to cum and when I see "breeding" in the title of a video that is what I would expect.

Hmm, technically?  Curious as to what you are basing that on?  To me, what you describe would be porn style breeding where the main goal is to be able to record a load being shot on a bottom and then getting pushed in.  If breeding is defined as the attempt to produce offspring, then certainly the level of success by first shooting on the outside then pushing it in, would be much lower due to less cum getting inside, and it's exposure to outside air.  If a someone cums directly inside someone, then the chances of producing offspring would be greater.

I know we're talking about men breeding men which makes the production of offspring impossible, so I'm speaking from a completely fantasy point of view since technically a man can not breed another man, he can only cum inside him.

I guess I have no basis to give a technical definition to the word "breeding" but if I see the word used, like "The muscle top breeds the bottom's round muscled ass" I take it to mean that the top shoots inside the bottom and stays inside while he is shooting.  Then the top pulls out so that his cum streams out or the bottom pushes the cum out after.  This action is opposed to where the top fucks the bottom and then he either 1) pulls out when he is ready to cum and shoots on the bottom's hole or butt or 2) gives himself a handjob until he cums on the bottoms hole.  A lot of time these moves unfortunately are a matter of (usually bad) editing.  I refer to these actions as creampies but studios/actors often deceptively call them breeding.
