First off, there's a whole thread on here covering guys' opinions on Age of Consent, and I don't mean to light that fire again here, but this news story out of Germany raises the issue. Also, the story doesn't indicate that bareback sex is involved (nor indeed, does it go into any details) but given the personal experience of many members on this forum, I wanted to put this forward.

Evidently, authorities raided the home of a suspected child pornographer in Recklinghausen state in western Germany and discovered, in addition to a number of data storage units in the apartment, a 15-year-old boy hidden in a closet. The boy had been listed as missing for 2½ years. The authorities say there was no sign that he was being held against his will.

Now: Some of you (fuckers) will say, No harm, no foul - the age of consent in Germany is 14, so the kid could do what he wanted, and if he wasn't being held against his will, he was clearly doing what he wanted. He probably had a yearning for mansex from a young age, and found some men who would teach him and give it to him good, and he didn't want to leave them. What's the problem? Things are as they should be!

Except - the boy had been missing for 2½ years, which means he was taken at 13, and perhaps as young as 12. He could not, at the time, have consented. Plus, the man at the center of this is suspected not simply of doing something to this boy, but of producing child pornography, and one must assume that if the allegation proves true, over the course of recent years that boy must have featured in it. Why, then, should this man not be punished to the full extent of the law... or at least hung by his testicles until they rot off?

I realize that there are many here whose introduction to sexual activity was very early, and I have read that some of you feel you were negatively affected by it, while others of you feel that you were not, and even appreciate the experience. I did not have any such early experience, except one close call at the public library as an adolescent. But I find this story, and any account of a man interrupting a childhood with adult sexuality, abhorrent. So many of you who share my philosophy toward Tops, and my innate yearning and desire to genuinely submit myself to Men and their cocks, seem to come from such a background, and I do not know why I am the same when I did not have a similar experience. But whenever I read about this kind of transgression and abuse, it makes me furious on your behalf. I also realize that that may seem arrogant and presumptuous on my part, and if so, I apologize. I simply care about all of you as people.
