The LoadingZone Party is resuming in 2020 and has added Cologne to it's list as a regular location: [think before following links] http://loadingzone.de/

You do have to pre-register to get on the admittance list.  This is a party for HIV+ and HIV-/PreP guys.

 

Cologne:  21 Feb, 29 May, 3 July, 7 Oct at Deck 5

Stuttgart: 7 Mar, 23 May, 24 Jul, 3 Oct, 28 Nov at Blue Box
