Singapore Citizens (SC) and Permanent Residents (PR) can still travel from Germany to Singapore via the Returning SC/ PR Lane. Long-term Pass Holders may apply for entry into Singapore through the Work Pass Holder Lane, Periodic Commuting Arrangement or the Student’s Pass Holder Lane. Family members of Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents may also apply for entry into Singapore through the SC/PR Familial Ties Lane. For all other travellers not covered by the arrangements above, entry into Singapore is not allowed except in exceptional and urgent circumstances. For travels from Singapore to Germany, please refer to the Singapore MFA Germany Travel Page for information on entry requirements into Germany and health measures upon arrival. Indonesia The Singapore-Indonesia Reciprocal Green Lane (RGL)/Travel Corridor Arrangements (RGL/TCA) is currently suspended until further notice, following indonesia's unilateral annoucement of a temporary ban on the entry of all foreign nationals into Indonesia on 28 December 2020. Singapore Citizens (SC) and Permanent Residents (PR) can still travel from Indonesia to Singapore via the Returning SC/ PR Lane. Long-term Pass Holders may apply for entry into Singapore through the Work Pass Holder Lane, Periodic Commuting Arrangement or the Student’s Pass Holder Lane. Family members of Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents may also apply for entry into Singapore through the SC/PR Familial Ties Lane. Japan The Singapore-Japan Reciprocal Green Lane (RGL) and Residence Track are currently suspended until further notice, following the Japanese government’s announcement that all of Japan’s Business Track and Residence Track arrangement with other countries, including the Singapore-Japan RGL, will be suspended from 14 January 2021 until further notice. Given the reciprocal nature of the Singapore-Japan RGL and Residence Track, travellers will not be able to apply to travel from Japan to Singapore under the RGL and Residence Track until further notice. Singapore Citizens (SC) and Permanent Residents (PR) can still travel from Japan to Singapore via the Returning SC/ PR Lane. Long-term Pass Holders may apply for entry into Singapore through the Work Pass Holder Lane, Periodic Commuting Arrangement or the Student’s Pass Holder Lane. Family members of Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents may also apply for entry into Singapore through the SC/PR Familial Ties Lane.
