Where is the chat function?

I understand this forum has a chatroom, but where is it? I don't know if I'm just being stupid or if some technical issue means it isn't showing up on my computer. But I don't see a chat function anywhere.

Click the more icon (or the 3 horizontal bar button) and chat is listed in the resulting menu, just click it and you get the chat room.

Do you mean at the top? I have an ellipsis which just takes me to the home page and I have "Other" which just has: Leaderboard; Calendar; Guidelines; Staff; Online Users 

I don't see any more icon or three horizontal bars anywhere on the page

I’m using the mobile version but when I brought up the main menu, chat was in the list as you can see from the attached picture.

Strange, it seems that where Chat should be I instead have an ellipsis that redirects to the homepage. On my phone the Chat shows up fine. Of note is that when I first opened the menu on my phone, it initially gave me an ellipsis instead of the chat too, but eventually loaded the word Chat and the link to the chatroom. So I guess maybe for some reason my PC isn't letting the entire menu load, if the chat is the last thing that gets put in it?

Bizarrely, the problem happens in both browsers on my PC - Opera and Edge.
