I’m in the exact same position… I go behind my wife’s back and cheat on her with random older guys whenever I get an opportunity to have some freedom. I usually leave it up to the guy I’m playing with whether he wears a condom or not, and the majority of the time the guy never even asks and goes raw. Never considered going on anything bc it’d be a dead giveaway to my wife when she sees it on any of my medical records.
