How do I start bottoming since I have hemorroids

I’m a submissive guy here and the only thing that I am not able to do is get fucked as I have hemorroids and get very painful. Seen a doctor and she said there’s no surgery possible and just need to be careful that I don’t get constipated. It’s a big barrier in my becoming a slave for someone. Any suggestions please.

Why did doc say you aren’t candidate for surgery? I had hemorrhoid surgery at age 33. Recovery was not fun but surgery was definitely worth it. It also gave me a fun story to tell. My very hot uncle was my surgeon. So he was first man to ever have his hands in my ass.

Since they are external so not a candidate for surgery. And I also have a fissure , so that’s why

I’m perplexed about the problem with surgery for external hemorrhoids. Mine definitely prolapsed, and surgery was the right answer for me. This article may give more insight.
