Scruff and Grindr are OK, but not many people actually want to meet. Most people don't speak English, so a bathhouse might be a better choice. There are a lot of escorts who advertise on apps, they usually use a B emoji or write "boy" in the name. I don't think those are very safe to hire though, so I avoided when I was there.
