Vancouver: Hotel and Bathhouse Recommendation for BB bottom

I'll be in Vancouver at the beginning of May and would like some recommendations. Does anyone know of:

1. A hotel where I can have anonymous guys come up to my room? Or at least, without too much hassle or having to walk them up to my room. I like anonymous sex, no chit-chat, door unlocked, etc.
2. A bathhouse equipped with good douching facilities. I understand Steamworks has. If you are a bottom, can you suggest a bathhouse?

Yes steam works has two stations in the wash rooms down stairs.  They take a small tube about 3/8 in size.  The tubes can be purchased for about 3 dollars (give or take) from the vending machines on the main floor.

As for hotel note sure which is best as I live here and don't need a room.  I thinks some will have better info regarding hotel.
