I'm a pipe smoker - briar, not glass - and we are an odd bunch to say the least. Pipe smokers love to know what celebrities or historical figures smoked. Like, guys my age will know what Robert Oppenheimer or Albert Einstein or Bing Crosby or Walter Cronkite or Graham Chapman or JRR Tolkien smoked (Walnut, Revelation, Hayward's Mixture, Wilke's, Three Nuns, Capstan respectively), and so I'm dying to know:

What was the late, great Steve "Titpig" Hurley's favorite smoking tobacco? If he was like most of us he had a rotation of tobaccos, but one favorite. Hopefully someone here knows.

I'd love to channel him the next time my otter buddy wants me to smoke while I plow him.
