How to get over my fear again after an STD?

I started taking Prep about three years ago, after which I started having more and more bareback sex. I realized I absolutely love being a cumdump, so I started taking more and more loads. First through the apps, and then cruising parks, and then in darkrooms (Sauna NZ and Club Church in Amsterdam). But about a year and a half ago I got the most painful case of chlamydia I've ever had. I was sick in bed for two weeks, and felt guilty that I'd given it to my partner. Of course I couldn't stay away from the sauna, so over the next few months I got an STD again twice. I've gotten a lot more paranoid since then, but I'm still obsessed with taking loads. How do I reconcile my medical anxiety with my need for sperm? It's reached the point where I can only get over my fears if I take some 3mmc or coke.

Maybe get on Doxy pep and take it after a sauna trip and other very high risk situations? It’s not available in my country but I got a buddy to buy it for me (it’s very cheap and easily available online) or you get it via prescription. I follow the instructions and take it and as I don’t have a problem with antibiotics I think it’s great!

It has worked very well for me though I won’t know for my most recent trip until in about 10 days when I have my prep appointment 😉

It's not prescribed in my country either, and none of the sites I've seen ship to the EU. But maybe I need to dig a little deeper.

I had it shipped to a friend in the UK and I picked it up when we met at Folsom. So yes requires planning but I then have like 100 tablets that last me about 2 years. Doxy is also very much prescribed, it’s a cheap drug used for many different things so the other solution is to get a doctor to prescribe it to you, I know guys in the EU that have done that.

I buy it as an anti-malarial prevention treatment.

For me it is all about mitigation. I take PrEP and periodically do rounds of antibiotics during/after periods when I am more intensely active (and after serving any group). Also, when I take on groups, it is when I am the only bottom involved, so that mitigates things to a degree as well. Being the only bottom adds a degree of safety (due to  A2M and rimming during group sex) but I have to admit that I only play with groups this way because I like being the center of attention and do not like to share- plus I've found that when only one bottom is  present, the tops are much, much more aggressive toward me. Anyway- mitigation matters. I also have a long term female partner and I only use a condom with her. This protects her, but it is also a form of degradation for me (she reminds me that I am a dirty whore all the time) and it takes me much longer to cum (and I already tend to last even without condoms) so I wear her out better....lol. I order all of my meds from sellers on Indiamart (Google it)- cheap and in bulk, shipped to my door and it has always breezed right through customs (in the US- including a batch just this week during our idiotic trade war with India). Don't let people scare you about the stuff being fake. Most brand-name as well as generic stuff sold in the western world is made there right in the same facilities.
