Any one have any idea why I am getting very painful erections it’s manly at the top but get all down the harder I get and the hard I get the more it hurts and then that makes it more harder as the pain makes it hard anymore know what this is please

It’s been happening about a year now , but also when I cum when hard I feel it cum but it doesn’t cum out until I have gone soft it’s like I can feel all the pipes closed up and very tight

Also when I have a wet dream I wake up screaming in pain as I have cum in my sleep , one time in hospital they did not know why was in pain until I told them , I am so scared the cancer is back , they say it could be the spc but waiting on test for the cancer or stones again

I think you need to get checked out buddy. Better to get it addressed than left.

Waiting 9n test results got done Tuesday they want to see me Monday they called Friday to see if could go in that day could not make it as need nurse to take me as not got a electric wheelchair so can’t go on own
