Can poz take medicines and use drugs at the same time?

I have always had that question if the poz can use medicines and consume drugs when they are going to have their sessions, because I have heard that hiv takes resistance to drugs but I don't know in which cases

I presume you're talking about recreational drugs. If that's the case, the drugs themselves have no particular effect on HIV. However, the effects the drugs have on your body may (or may not, depending) affect your immune system or other bodily functions in ways that can change what happens with the HIV in your body. The recreational drugs may also interact with the antiviral medications you take for the HIV, although as far as I know this is not a severe problem with the most common ones in each category. This is definitely a situation where your mileage may vary. Proceed with caution and do some research to find out what information is available on the specific case you're interested in. Google is your friend (in this case).
