Piss play complications like balanitis

Recently I've been getting more and more into piss play and particularly been into stale piss (love the smell). I love having piss-soaked underwear where I can smell it throughout the day. However, when I've tried wearing soaked underwear for long periods of time, my dick gets irritated, and I end up getting a fungal infection. Experience Piss Pigs how do you avoid that? Any tips? Especially if you're UC like me. I've also been caging myself, and I love how rank my cage smells after using it for hours (I can't shake very well when I'm using it).
