After months of training to cum handsfree just from penetration while in chastity (either by myself with big toys or with doms with big cocks or fists) , I've been annoyed how many times the cage or my foreskin gets in the way of the cum. Like when it projectile squirts from my nub while I'm getting punched out it's the best feeling but usually stuff gets in the way and it's not noticeable that I've cum or that I'm leaking so much precum.

So I've ordered a new cage with a catheter tube to go down my slit in the hopes that it'll make it easier to piss when locked up for a long time but will also make it easier to noticeably squirt or leak.

Does anyone have any experience of these kinds of cages or catheters in general? Like what sort of lube should you use when inserting it (same as normal like xlube/klube?) or something else, how often do you need to reapply lube or clean out the tube, is it painful to remove the catheter when you need to? I just worry it'll get too dry if I try and sleep with it in over something like Locktober.

Any advice will help me!

I've not worn one for a long period, so unfortunately I don't have any advice on that aspect. Bbut I've read you should sterilize the catheter before wear. Mine was silicone with a stainless steel tip, so it was recommended to boil in water for 5 minutes.

Also use a sterile lube like KY Jelly, and wash your hands before handling the sterilized catheter.

It's so hot to see guy leaking through his cage. Caged Jock has a video on his JFF where he's squatting on the floor while sucking off his Top after some heavy toy play and there is a puddle of precum on the floor under him from all of his leaking through his cage. I hope this journey is successful for you!

I have one. I’ve worn it off and on.

being blunt:

* There are two flavors: steel and medical grade plastic/latex/rubber.
* The steel worked the best for what you are talking about but runs the greatest risk of injury or infection.

* The medical grade plastic tubes, usually attached to the tip via a steel adapter, are safer but often have a steel insert on the end of the tube that I simply don’t trust not to come off inside me, requiring a trip to the ER to extricate.

For long term wear, I would generally recommend the steel so long as the tube angle is correct and the tube is short. It shouldn’t be able to reach the urethral  sphincter or the entrance to the prostate.

In the end: I don’t recommend long term use of a urethral tube because of health issues. You have to use medical grade lube, wear sterile gloves when inserting it, and will constantly be fighting to keep it clean enough to not get a UTI. The urethral tube will need to be cleaned the way doctors clean medical equipment in the backwoods: boiling water, preferably distilled water.

I know that doesn’t sound fun or sexy, but this is a health discussion. My quals: I was formally trained and served as a nursing assistant whose task was to handle male catheter patients.

Hope this helps.
