Good hotel for play all day?

Hey, visiting near orange park next week - I need to grab a hotel, have a friend inviting me down to try partying again after 3 months, and he might have me try slamming, and definitely wants me blowing clouds. I want to know a good hotel that it would be safe to do it in, kinda get nervous about this stuff - just curious if any locals have recommendations or anyone in general.

Just remember that lots of places are non-smoking. So blowing clouds is difficult. But you can always snort or do booty bumps.
