Have a look at gay-szene dot net. Talstrasse 8 is good, Men's Heaven on Steindamm can be good (cinema and sauna), the Dragon sauna on Pulverteich is popular, lots of others, but I normally just go to Talstrasse 8 (cinema on Talstrasse).
