As far as sleazy hotels , you've got CCBC (in Cathedral City), Oliver's Place (used to be All Worlds Annex) and Canyon Club. My go to is CCBC cause of the size and public play areas. They also host many themed play events - similar to fist fest, horsemarket, chub fest, CumUnion, western exposure, etc. Olivers has a nice maze and also hosts CumUmion parties. Canyon Club has new management, so I keep meaning to check out the changes, but haven't yet. There are LOTS of other places to stay, but they have a much less sexually-charged atmosphere.  The only leather-ish bar is Tool Shed. They are supposed to be opening an Eagle in the old Barrack's location, but that's not until the winter. The other bars can be fun, but there's very little action happening in them.  There's a new VERY popular sex club over by Tool Shed. It can be a LOT of fun and they offer in and out privileges.  Somehow, I often end up in that area....
