Does anyone have the complete archive of stories ever posted in the 'Chemsex' forum? Please leave a message here or send me a DM.

for example: There was a story about a boy who got lost somewhere (in a garage area, perhaps?). He was lured inside by a Dom top/Master and ended up being abused by several men. I think it was deleted…

They're in the topic listing. AFAIK, stories don't get deleted.

I think you are talking about a story Scorpio wrote. I don't remember the name, but I remember that it was part of a series, maybe three distinct stories I think

If the story had content about underage sex (under 18), AIDS/STD fetish, or other things forbidden on BZ, it may have been removed.

If it did not, it's probably still here. Without more detail than you have provided, it would be very hard to find it. Try using the search tool. Note that if it did not have explicit chems content, it may be in one of the other fiction forums.
