I’m also confused about the OP. 
If you believe that the guy is truly undetectable, it makes no sense to be anxious. The safest sex ever is a bate fuck with them. I believe if someone is honest to share this fact he won’t cheat on you with this. Who wants to cheat will say that he is neg. 
Finally, if you anxious, you should take Prep and you can have sex with anyone even with detectable guys. (Of course it won’t save you from any other STDs, to this there’s the doxypep.
