I have a party coming up and my top vers friend has decided that once we’ve had the group going for a good few hours, there is a point in the night (probably around 2am) where the guys we’ve got planned to play have all said they need to go home.

he has decided that this is the time he’s going to help me take a fist for the first time. 
I’ve had my ass gaped, dp’d, used with big toys but never got to the fist stage. 
I play infrequently so my ass retains its tightness well considering I’m a fucking slut whore bottom who takes it all when I parTy 

so here’s my question…..

any advice to help me take my first fist?

I always douche throughly and well, always am have poppers and I will do either  booty bump or a slam before we get to it (depends on admin potential or how capable I am to do myself)

Woof!! Great that you're planning for this and thinking ahead. Sounds like a hot and piggy night. A few tips...

1. Take it slow and communicate with your friend clearly if something feels off and he needs to stop

2. Lube. So much lube. Get an injector if possible and use something like X Lube. Put down towels or puppy pads, and have paper towels available to wipe. Make sure your bud trims his nails and washes his hands thoroughly and/or wears gloves.

3. Set the scene. Music, lighting, no distractions to help you and your top relax and focus.

4. Breathing. Deep breaths help your muscles relax. Time them with your top to help him stretch you further.

5. Positioning. Your hole, hips, spine need to be aligned, so work with your bud to ensure you're comfortable and positioned correctly.

6. Don't be afraid to take breaks. Put in a plug to maintain the stretch. Your bud will also need a break - it can be exhausting opening up a hot hole.

Enjoy... after you take your first fist, you will want more. And more. And more.

I wouldn’t have been able to say it more accurately. 
Someone wrote here in the bz that’s a marathon not sprint. Take your time. Let the things flow and don’t be impatient. Which is more important, the fister mustn’t be impatient. 
 

For me, after a long time preparation with playing dildos, needs a half day with chems. It wasn’t a continuous work, the fister stretched me every second hours for 30 minutes but finally it happened. 
 

And indeed, once you get it, you need again and again and again.
