Has anyone been seriously injured while having sex?  Could be something consensual or not.  I'm not talking about a rough fuck that hurts but something that actually did damage.

I remember many years ago I was with a tiny Asian guy.  I'm a fairly tall white guy and I was in the high 200 lb range at the time (~130kg).  He was having trouble taking me and when I finally got in I tried to start slow but when I was close I was really railing him.  When I pulled out, he was bleeding.  Not profusely, so it wasn't truly serious, but I felt alternately guilty and like a stud because I thought I ripped him apart 🙂

I have a very tight hole per my doctor. As a hungry bottom I have had plenty of extremely large dicks and some have definitely done some damage including occasional spotting and a few times when it was more like a crime scene that required a full stop. I’ve seen plenty of doctors who all said to use more lube but I have residual scarring and I sometimes get roids which can result in a lot of bleeding.

 I’m very conscious about the state of my gi tract and I use toys to stretch and prepare my hole for the big tools I love - my recommendations are to use plenty of lube before and during the session, use Vaseline as your first coat it tends to prevent the issue from happening in the first place probably due to its unique viscosity, and stretch that hole with a big toy after you douche so it’s not clenched when he puts it in you.
