Lost Password

I had to replace the hard disk of my PC and lost my password. I already wrote 3 messages to the support but get no answer!!! My Email address is [redacted]. What else can I do, how else can I contact you if this doesn't work?? I really want to save my old account which I have here since many, many years!!

First thing to do is try the "forgot password" button on the login page. That is supposed to send an automatic password recovery message to the email in your account profile. If you no longer have access to that email, you will have to message the staff here (or post in the Tips and Tricks section as "biobare2" did). Be aware that if you don't have access to the old email you will need to establish your bona fides to the moderation staff, because it's our job to keep the site and its members as safe as possible.
