Polls never work

Every time I try to create a poll I get red flag errors, saying something missing, and cannot figure out why since title, question and choices for answers is there.

A poll also has to have a regular topic and text in the content tab of the topic that is hosting it. Because OOB 3rd party software. 🤷‍♂️

I did all that and yet still get the red warning
