I"m just back from Amsterdam - i hadn't visited in many years and thought maybe i could relieve the past but wasn't the case-- I found the major bars quite tame- Cuckoo's Nest which has a great darkroom in basement- a bit too bright but so many cabins and nooks but boy -the men just circled and circled around - it was kind of sad.  Here i was naked butt up and nothing- i did get a couple of takers -one guy would not shut up- the dutch love to talk - but for most part it was gloryhole action - not alot of fucking and i went at all the high times and still was worst .  Dirty Dicks- this bar gets going around 11pm -the darkroom upstairs has so much potential but guys were so timid - and the downstairs area- the main action in back was too bright and not alot going on -the other bottom in the fuckbox  -was very lonely and tapped out and went home. Most of the action centered in the middle area between bar entrance and back area-- this were the gloryhole booths -just 3  and that was where most of the action happened-- not alot of fucking.  I sucked a beautiful fat dutch cock and i forgot what a stinging load to the back of the throat felt like since i usually take it in my hole.  It was very crowded on Friday night but the action was kind of lame -if this was Berlin i would have been taken out on a stretcher with a big smile!  Tame - i was surprised.    

The Apps - Scruff and Sniffies not much of a scene  - so that was bust.  The Sauna Nieuwezijds  was very clean, lots of cabins and one big dark room - but it was young so if you're in that demo -you'll have a good time but it didn't feel welcoming for older, elder or bear or slightly off -- it was young twink twunk, preppy - very white -- -just wasn't my vibe.  The old sauna from decades ago in the Centrum was more fun but thats what happens as you get older- you can't relive the past.      I'm glad I went- won't ever need to go back - Berlin/Paris/ Spain =i'll stick to those cities.....i wish i could have timed the visit around one of the special nights- like Fuckboxx or Church's version of the horse fair.   Beautiful charming city but  3 out of 5.
