Yes think it's more comfortable *under* the pecs and looks better than the millennium H/bulldog style harness

I am not sure why you would call that an older style of harness. X-harnesses like this are still very common and available. But Bulldog harnesseses also look great. I like both styles. Everything depends on the fit, the quality, and the man wearing it. I even have a couple of Y-harnesses. You don’t see those much anymore. They’re all hot.
