Interesting and logical perspective @RawUK, I had not seen it like that. I love it that we all see different things of the same thing. I saw the ''splotches'' as they have been referred to as just part of the design, part of the art. Whatever the meaning between the tattooist and the subject I think it would not look as near as good without the ''splotches.''

@LeatherScorpionFF You're right about how we all see art differently. Now that I am looking at it your way at the end of what you're seeing as a snakes tongue I am now seeing dripping venom. The top also looks like horns when you look at the image being a face.
