I still a higher ratio of younger guys wanting an older daddy to fuck them vs. younger guys looking to fuck a daddy. But I definitely agree with your comments around the younger guys in my area are a hell of a lot more versatile. In my opinion, it makes for a really great time... especially with repeat guys.
