Yes, absolutely! It's more common than you think, I promise you. I've gotten plenty of piss that way - filled cups left in the trough urinals, pint glasses, beer bottles, and water bottles filled up and left on top of the urinal or toilet, etc. That's been going on for years at the bars and I've enjoyed a lot of them!
