    So, I just want to hear Tops' thoughts on this: Quite often, when I get railed and have a good orgasm, I piss a bit.     Not that this is all encompassing or authoritative, and it is just the effect on myself both emotionally and psychologically, but bottoming is gender-affirming and emasculating for me, not to mention submissively degrading in a power-exchange dynamic.
