Oh man- I almost hate to say this.....but I gotta go with MTG. For me it is all about mitigation. I take PrEP and periodically do rounds of antibiotics during/after periods when I am more intensely active (and after serving any group). Also, when I take on groups, it is when I am the only bottom involved, so that mitigates things to a degree as well. So, I just want to hear Tops' thoughts on this: Quite often, when I get railed and have a good orgasm, I piss a bit. Not that this is all encompassing or authoritative, and it is just the effect on myself both emotionally and psychologically, but bottoming is gender-affirming and emasculating for me, not to mention submissively degrading in a power-exchange dynamic. I know very well and fully understand that not everyone experiences the event the same way, but that is my take.
