Whoa. I moved from Manhattan in 2016 and attended jacksofcolor parties for many years prior to moving. I thought that Paddles closed fur to building renovation. 

It was a good party spot, cold in the winter due to being in the basement.  So how is the revised venue?

Atlanta has 4 seasons and  a great poz nightlife, but winter nights can get cold. Usually the cold season is November 22 to February 22

Gulf coast is more affordable to buy or rent a home, and you can drive across to Ft Lauderdale for the weekend to gather cumloads

I had moved out of NYC before covid19 hit and then closed most parties,  including GSA.

I really missed the comeraderie at GSA.  Everyone was great 👍

Great to hear that Philly is still hot. I used to live in Manh (now I am un ATL) and either take the railroad down or drive. I shot many loads there.

Flex, yeah, but I never was a fan of baths.

Several clubs closed for covid (manifest  Den, 2 others) but Heretic has a darkroom and Tokyo Valentino (TV) also. Southern Nights now has a darkroom too.  Eagle moved and reopened but needs to get a darkroom again.

TV is three story building and now has cumunion twice a month. Still waiting for Manifest to reopen.

BTW,  Lidell's website, jacksofcolor.com still exists but looks out of date.

Hmmm, move down to ATL,  where we have quite a good scene, which is slowly getting back to normal after covid (cumunion meets on 2nd and 4th Wednesday)

Funny thing, there was a great black club near Club Manifest on Lidell Dr, and I imagined that maybe Lidell traveled from East Memphis to ATL before settling in Manh

Oh yeah "GCN," which i think was on W29 st.  Great parties.  I remember fucking a guy who kept saying "recharge me ".

And GSA in Park Slope (5th Ave and Union St) was great also.  I was on their mailing list, but I moved out of NYC in 2017.

And LIDELL Jackson had jacksofcolor at Paddles, until Paddles closed.
