Hello, I wanted to message you with a PM but I have reached todays limit. It seems I can only post around 3 things a day. Which is a shame, as there are a few threads I would really like to contribute to.
Does this limit apply to everyone? Forever?

The limit gets much larger as soon as you advance from "New Member" to "Junior Member" (basically you just have to post a bit and get some responses, I think). More details in this thread by RawTOP:
